Why Roover
An important decision shouldn’t be this difficult.
Roover starts with one practical idea: get the roofing job clear before asking roofers to price it.
The reason
Start from a better place.
Replacing a roof is important, expensive and unfamiliar. Yet it often begins with homeowners arranging visits and trying to compare quotes that may not describe the same job.
Roofers carry the other side of that uncertainty: skilled time spent driving, measuring and preparing prices before they know whether the work is right for them.
Roover starts with a simple question: what changes if the job is made clear first? Homeowners can make more confident decisions, roofers can focus on the right work, and roof replacement can move through the industry from a better starting point.
Get the job clear first.
Who is building it
Mike Bullot, Founder
Mike Bullot is the founder of Roover. A former world champion sailor, he has built and exited a consumer marketplace and created businesses focused on the trades and bringing traditionally analogue industries online.
He came to roofing with fresh eyes and found a market that was harder than it needed to be for both homeowners and roofers. Roover began with a simple question: what if the job were made clear before anyone was asked to price it?
He is building Roover to make roofing easier to understand, easier to price, and better for everyone involved.
