Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real job?

No. This is an example only. The prepared job enquiry shown here is illustrative.

What does a real Roover job pack include?

Property and market, work type, roof size estimate, current and requested material, timing, homeowner notes, roof detail confidence, and inclusions / separate / assumed boundaries.

Why are some roof details "assumed" vs "confirmed"?

Roover labels each piece of project information by source. Assumptions are flagged so the roofer can see exactly what still needs to be confirmed on site.

When does Roover ask a roofer to price?

After reviewed job details or manual verification. Roover does not request pro pricing on a homeowner-only enquiry until the job details are reviewed.

What if a job is not for me?

The job pack includes a "Not for me" action so roofers can decline cleanly with a reason. Roover uses those signals to refine routing over time.

Want Roover demand in your area?

Tell us where you work and what jobs you want. Roover can route better-prepared roof replacement demand to your business.

Roover provides roof-scan, Estimate Guide, reviewed job details, project-request, and routing infrastructure. Estimate Guides are not final quotes. Submitted pricing depends on reviewed roof details, site details, and contractor review.
